I actually agree with the demolition of Abu Ghraib. Its a highly smbolic gesture that erases a building that represents to much evil.

I agree, but so long as the act occurs on July 1st - it can be the first sumbolic act of iraqi soverignty. that would be a good political and symbolic play all around.

Are you and the U.S. Congress out of your everlovin' minds?

Abu Ghraib is a massive crime scene. It constitutes evidence of the horrific crimes committed upon the Iraqi populace by Sadam and his Baathist thugs. If we ever bring them to trial, we are going to need Abu Ghraib!

Or...are you one of those sheeple who thinks the FBI behaved properly in bulldozing the Branch Davidian (Waco) compound before the ashes were cold?
