OK, I guess the shadow on the right fin threw me. I see that they are NOT deployed now.
One thing that makes it confusing is that the "winglets" sticking out from the tails are visible in the long shots, but hidden behind the tails in the photos from the craft itself, since it's only showing the inner side of the tail boom. So there's a "which surface am I looking at" problem.
