Thanks. Those two files have "ENC" in the file names instead of "Enc" and that is now fixed.
The ways of the FBI are mysterious. For example, they split the files onto 3 700MB CDs as follows: CD1 - 553MB, CD2 - 205MB, CD3 - 123MB. Would it not have been possible to combine CDs 2 and 3, you ask? Mysterious indeed.
If there's a Section 12, it isn't included. Everything they sent is on the site.
