FYI {link:Enc 3402 - 2.15 MB} is Not found and {link:Enc 4229 - 0.77 MB} is not found. Is there a section 12? Thanks. Those two files have "ENC" in the file names instead of "Enc" and that is now fixed.
The ways of the FBI are mysterious. For example, they split the files onto 3 700MB CDs as follows: CD1 - 553MB, CD2 - 205MB, CD3 - 123MB. Would it not have been possible to combine CDs 2 and 3, you ask? Mysterious indeed.
If there's a Section 12, it isn't included. Everything they sent is on the site.

Excerpt Section 66, page 76 of the pdf: Additionally, it was indicated that "Anti-Imperialist groups" consider the VVAW a potent organization of similar stature in the U.S. In April, 1973, the group changed their name to VVAW/WSO so that non-veterans could become members.
Current VVAW/WSO national officers are Marxist-Leninist oriented and strive to educate their membership in Marxist-Leninist doctrine. Yipes!
