I thought sleep apnea was when you forget to breathe while you are asleep,Isn't he describing narcolepsy?

You'd think an ambulance chaser would know the differance.

Sleep apnea does not make you fall asleep. That is narcolopesy (sp??) Sleep apnea is when you stop breathing while you are sleeping. Idiot and idiot lawyer.
