On top of all that, Sgt. Akbar has seemingly developed "sleep apnea" and keeps falling asleep in the courtroom.
Sleep apnea does not make you fall asleep. That is narcolopesy (sp??) Sleep apnea is when you stop breathing while you are sleeping. Idiot and idiot lawyer.

Yes Sleep Apnea is when you stop breathing in your sleep, however since you never truly reach REM sleep. Narcolepsy is a possible side effect as is heart attacks and strokes, memory loss. Either way, if he feels he cannot stay awake for his trial, make him stand up for the duration or inject him and put this to rest.

Sleep apnea can cause daytime somnolence. You don't get enough oxygen during the night (for a variety of reasons: Obesity, upper airway obstruction etc.). So you awaken multiple times during the night and you often get drowsy during the day. This has NOTHING to do with the fact that he's a traitorous murderer. It won't work for some sort of half-assed insanity defense.
