May 19, 2004 -- A cabby accused of rape by a woman who said she woke up in bed with him will not be prosecuted, authorities said yesterday.
Cops tracked down the driver after the Manhattan woman told cops she went to bed early Sunday and woke up to find a strange man having sex with her.

Oh, I'll bet *anything* this bimbo lives in my building! Whenever something stupid or deviant from this neighborhood hits the news, it inevitably happens right here!
Whether it's the guy who didn't want to pay a hooker and left her naked and screaming the f-word in the hallway at 7 a.m. on a Saturday, who then jumped out the window when the cops showed up. He broke his leg and pelvis when he landed on the deck 2 floors below, but managed to break into an apartment there, run through it and out to the hallway, where he finally collapsed.
Anyone remember the woman who stood up on a rollercoaster and fell to her death? Lived here, too.
What if I was moonlighting as a cab driver, looked like Peirce Brosnan but thought I was Collin Farrell, channeling David Duchovney?
I have assisted in sexual assault investigations where the victim was described as looking very drunk, but walking/functioning before the assualt when "date rape" drugs had been used. I have also seen a few women get drunk, stoned or both and wipe their memory banks of an evening of sex by their own chemical abuses.

However, when I was taking a quick late night walk a couple of weeks ago, I saw the cops take out this a-hole from down the hall. Something about domestic violence.
