[history]
May 19, 2004 -- A cabby accused of rape by a woman who said she woke up in bed with him will not be prosecuted, authorities said yesterday.
Cops tracked down the driver after the Manhattan woman told cops she went to bed early Sunday and woke up to find a strange man having sex with her.

she walked into the building with him. The video shows that.
Wouldnt the drug have taken effect much earlier. Would he not have had to carry her in which he didnt. This story led the news other night and people were calling for the doormans head. The doorman did nothing wrong.

It's scary though to think what could happen to you in this crazy city after a night of heavy boozing. Sensible thinking always seems to decline after each and every drink.

Trust me...if you saw the majority of NYC cab drivers there is NO WAY "sex" would even enter a sane person's mind...this woman was either REALLY drunk or a lunatic. Perhaps she was in shock at finding the one NY cabbie who can speak English ;)

On the few occasions I've taken a cab in that area, they mostly just grunted at me, as I recall. Which actually worked out okay, since their licenses had names like "ABULAPANTRIP IQBALUSTANIVORTAPWENSY", and they preferred odd foreign music on the radio, so I'm not sure what we would have found to talk about...

Yes, thats the one...if I could post pic's I would...sigh.
"Phone Booth" was ok.."The Recruit" was much better. Basically he could stand around and read the phone book and that would be fine by me...
