Legislatures and executives sans cojones.
Governor Ahnlod can claim "Hey, there was nothing I could do, it was the Mayor of San Francisco who caused the problem."
The Mass Legislature can say, "Hey, continue to vote for me. I tried to stop it. It was the SJC who caused the problem."
The executives and legislatures of the other 49 states can say, "Hey, there was nothing I could do."
But to the queers, they can say, "See, you got what you wanted. Don't vote for my opponent."
Of course, if you lie down with dogs...
Shalom.
"Sans cojones" is right. I just can't help but thinking that even if we changed the constitution, those activist judges would find that the change itself was 'unconstitutional'.
