A face only a governor could love: In Bethesda, Md., Gov. Robert Ehrlich issued a formal proclamation welcoming the cicada back to Maryland after 17 years. He noted that the loud, buzzing insects are yellow and black with red eyes, the official colors of Maryland.

Who was talking about cicadas?? They don't look like fun.
