The premise behind the movie "Supersize Me" is so silly that I can't believe anybody would waste their money seeing it. Based on your menu choices you could gain or lose weight at any chain restaurant.
Since going on this low-carb lifestyle, I have found the salads at the fast-food chains quite acceptable. Especially the salads at Wendy's. Only I don't order them with any dressing. I keep a bottle of olive oil in the glove compartment of my car when I am on the road so that I can use that instead. For some reason, the fast food places do not offer olive oil as a substitute for dressing which is a shame because olive oil is so good for you.
Thanks for the link. I don't know of anyone who eats McDonald's like that other guy.
The salads at Wendy's are delicious. I don't have a weight problem, so I eat the whole package, but they do make a great meal at work.
Thos pictures are amazing. Congratulations to you and the Mrs. for taking such good care of yourselves. You cannot imagine the pain and disability you are saving yourself from.
Exactly. For his next film, he should enroll in useless classes in a dozen ivy league schools, and demonstrate how he comes out an even bigger dumbass than when he started. He could call it "Stupid-Size Me."
