One chapter does not primary importance make, it's cursory. I really don't have anything against Atkins, or his diet. A decent amount of protein is necessary. I just see that as a doctor he should have been as dedicated to the aspect of physical fitness as he was diet. But he was trying to sell his products, he's no different than the bread seller in that regard.
