The effect will be, in regards to financial mismanagement of such high-tech operations, and the transfer of confidential information to such operations over to China, it will now be much more, worse, and Muslims will also get a "cut". But operations will continue as usual, otherwise.
My guess is none. Too many people are getting rich off of it. They will just have to start greasing palms in the Communist parties and all will be well. The one thing you need to understand about Indian party ideologies - the overriding ideology is and always has been corruption. You pay the right people and you get what you want.
