And a vegetarian diet makes you lose weight how???
I spent 2 years, a few years back, as a 95% vegetarian. Not for any social issue, just don't care for meat that much (though I don't care if anyone else wants to eat meat) and for personal discipline.
I gained 10 lbs!!!!
