Someone help me understand this, please. Why is what the guards did in Iraq a "perversion," when the same acts performed by President Clinton in the White House were "just sex?" I'm confused.The guards were perverts because they are defending this country.

Now, while I think that those few military people should get a swift kick in the behind and busted from the miliary after doing some real HARD social services somewhere, then sent on their way, I DO NOT believe them to be monsters! Stupid? Sick? Angry? Sex-crazed perverts? Porno-wannabes? An embarrassment? Probably, but NOT monsters compared to the brutality of the others.
