May 14, 2004 -- Iraq's feared Abu Ghraib jail was one big sex romp - sometimes by candlelight with an audience watching, U.S. troops said yesterday. Sex and alcohol were commonplace, and soldiers frequently set up candlelit rooms for voyeuristic sex shows, said a soldier who served at the notorious prison.

The problem is LACK OF LEADERSHIP - as Gen. Taguba said, from the brigade level on down.
This really is starting to look like "just about sex".
Another problem is LACK OF MORALS -- certainly on Pfc. England's part.
Why have female guards in a male prison?
How high up the chain of command did this go? Was Rumsfeld ORDERING these soldiers to fornicate? Obviously, as loyal, dutiful soldiers, they were just following orders...right?
< /sarcasm>
Well I never had sex without a direct order, how about you? LOL
Any word on the bidding for publication rights and movie production in H'wood?
Direct order? I wish. I'm usually too busy "requisitioning"...if you know what I mean.
Bwahahahaha! I have to say that gave me a good laugh. Although I don't know what triggered it really! Her saying they are in love, or her saying she felt betrayed because those tapes were personal to her and her 'boyfriend.'
And if they are so in love, how come she allegedly is seen consorting with other men? Unless she loves him so much she 'practices with other guys so as to acquire new skills for his pleasure.'
I wish this prison BS never happened. It was totally unprofessional (although in my opinion it was not an atrocity ...to see real atrocities look at Nazi concentration camps, or what Stalin did, or today at the slave trains in the Sudan. This is not an atrocity. However, what concerns me is that such people got in the military. They seem to have very little intelligence.
This stuff happens on and off college campuses all over the US. It is a lack of morals combined with boredom. We'd all be shocked at how "daddy's little girl" act away from home. Women have been so screwed up by the modern (warped) culture.
Reminds me of the Air Force Academy 'rape' scandal where the woman was caught having drinking and sex with an upperclassmen and suddenly got it into her head that she was ordered to have sex instead of fessing up to breaking the school's no underage drinking, no drinking in the dorms, and no sex in the dorms policy.
But one family friend insisted the racy reservist had sex only with her boyfriend, Spc. Charles Graner - one of six others from the 372nd Military Police Company facing charges for the abuse - and that the pair are "madly in love." .."
Problem for England is that the video is tough to spin and with Sivit's testimony she and her fiance are in heaps of trouble.
"I'm in LooooooOOOOOOOOVVVEEEEE, and I want the whole Prison to know! Without a doubt. Every last detail."
"..Sivits said England was "laughing at the different stuff that they were having the detainees do."
He also shot down her claim that the soldiers were ordered to abuse the prisoners, and said Graner warned him not to tell higher-ups about how they were being treated.
"Our command would have slammed us," Sivits said. .."
Yes, this is much more shocking than a videotape of subhuman psychopaths taking two minutes to saw off an American's head </ sarcasm>
If this crap doesn't open up a whole new debate on the roll of women in the military, I don't know what will.
The scandal at Aberdeen Proving Grounds should have, but it keeps getting swept under the rug.
Poor leadership aside, we have met the enemy.
I wonder what the "bent one" thinks about all this.
"Am I too old to enlist?"
That's a trip.
But it's not just 'daddy's little girl', but also our mother's sons who are learning and practicing their 'moves under Mom and Dad's nose while in Jr High and High School, so they can go FULL-OUT SLUT MACHINE [ala Snoop-Dog/Brittany et al] when they get outta sight at college.
