I was just waxing philosophically about the great bands of the 70s: Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, The Who, Rush, and Kiss. WTF was last one???

I've never been a Kiss fan -- not really into guys with makeup. But all these comments sound pretty much right on the money.

Gene's always been a hawk on foreign policy and not just on the Middle East. I remember him making some not too kind remarks about the Russians during the 1980s.

Simmons had a right to free speech, but this had to be balanced against the damage done to innocent people, he said.
What would we do without the Moslems working hard to make sure "no damage (is) done to innocent people". /sarcasm off

Isn't Simmons the guy who says he's slept with something like 10,000 women? and Cher? LOL!

"Mixing the entertainment world with the political and religious world is a minefield." Yeah, tell it to Babs and the Blitzie Chicks. In the meantime, I'm going out and buying up every KISS CD I can find after I join the Gene Simmons fan club.

Gene Simmons makes a ton of sense here. He makes more since than most Democrats and even some Republicans on the issues with face with Islam. It is not the relgion of peace. If it is, I would hate to see the relgion of hate.

"Mixing the entertainment world with the political and religious world is a minefield." You don't have to tell us -- we've got all kinds of New Age, politically correct, post-modern, anti-West garbage coming out of Hollywood and the music world.
Judging from Gene Simmons' comments, he ain't one of them.

Gene Simmons and Kid Rock make more sense than the Bloated Bloviator from " Massassachusetts " and his evil twin, Lizard Man Kerry.

Simmons had a right to free speech, but this had to be balanced against the damage done to innocent people, he said. And just when do these "innocent people" plan to start acting against those who "abuse" the religeon instead of complaining of those speaking the truth?
