That guy has been SOOOO dissapeared.... I'd like to think he is being peeled for what he knows, and WHO he knows.....
There are news reports about him from time to time. He's being held at Ft. Bragg, and they seem to be moving slowly on his case -- probably for good reasons. The military is very reluctant to carry about a death penalty, but his case just cries out for it. I think they're taking their time and doing it right.

I believe that he is being detained while he is going through the system.
It would not surprise me to learn that he has been quitely released, either.
