Rummy's in Iraq as we speak. He also said he wasn't reading the newspapers for awhile so this little protest will mean about as much to him as a flea bite on an elephant's ass.

You betcha he will!

And he strikes me as being the sort of man who will remember who his friends are, too.

And although I doubt that he has the time to peruse this site personally, I would not be at all surprised if someone rather familiar with him does - and I hope that they know beyond a shadow of a doubt that for every true and courageous Member of the DC Chapter who did their patriotic duty tonight at the Secretary's quarters, each one was representing the impassioned sentiments of THOUSANDS of fellow FReepers all over the civilized world - as well as a good bunch serving over where "civilization" is a work still very much in progress.

Kudos to the DC Crew; ya done us proud!
