Looks like the same person to me. His muscular build is hidden beneath the orange whateveritis.
He sure loss some body mass especially around the shoulders during his tower climbing in Iraq.

I am really trying hard to find definite similarities between Nick and the man in the video. The shape of the face looks wrong. Nick's ears stick out a little (like my kids), but even with hair, the other pic shows ears close to the head. Something else stands out. When do terrorists carefully barber a man they are about to kill? The hair is neat, and so is the beard. There is no mustache. Why would these thugs bother?
