This thread is killing my eyes ;>)...just navigating back and forth is tiring so late.
I've just started mining that site for info so I haven't had time to go through it fully
The only thing I looked at was the RFP's -- I would think that towers would remain open although two companies Halliburton and another one have contracts for repairing towers. May go to DoD and see if I can find what Halliburton and the other company bid on -- doesn't look like they were looking for one-man shows. Might be able to find out who is working on the tower in the prison town.
