Pfc. Lynndie England is single if I'm not mistaken. Having sex is not always against the UCMJ. It's against the UCMJ for someone who's single only if it's considered fraternization. That is having sex with someone who's in your Chain of Command which is likely to be the case here. But those guys and I assume it was all heterosexual in nature are just as guilty as she is and more so if higher in rank and married.

But if it was done in front of the prisoners like some have said, surely there is some sort of conduct violation at least.

"But those guys and I assume it was all heterosexual in nature are just as guilty as she is and more so if higher in rank and married." Sadly, in most cases of fraternization that I've seen lately, the man is A. Normally the superior; and B. He is the ONLY one to face prosecution.
Happened to a friend of mine recently...consensual sex with a subordinate female (in his chain of command), and HE was the only one taking the fall. She was married, too.
Not in any way defending him, he knew better, and he was married, too, but she should also have faced the music. As it was, he's the only one.

The troops in Iraq are under orders not to have sex with anyone, period. Not fellow soldiers, not CPA workers, not civiliations. So for all of Leash Girl's talk about just following orders, she couldn't even follow the order not to have sex over there.

The fact remains that this kinds of acts create a breakdown in discipline, whether they cross over UCMJ line or not.
Only a fool would think women in this combat unit has nothing to do with the breakdown in discipline here that created the scenario for abuse.

Having sex is going to happen. Taking videos of it is over the top. What were they planning to do with those videos, start a porno web site? They surly were not going to bring them home and show the family these "How I Spent My Time in Iraq" videos on Thanksgiving. This reminds me of the yahoo kids who shoot videos of their home invasion robbery; only to have them used later as evidence against them.
