It was serious "Barf" moment but one has to put up with this stuff time to time in watching TV. Like in the X-Files where there was Clinton/Reno pictures in Skinner's office. Carter somehow forgot to add BUSH\Ashcroft pictures in the last two seasons just shows how left leaning Hoollyweird is.

And serious PC?. From the introduction of the clueless warm, fuzzy, princiPAL in the first episode of Buffy there was a fairly steady mocking of PC.
