Cover up! Cover Up! There would not have even been a story about this if the US Army were not legally bound and ethically willing to investigate it's own procedures and punish it's own when they perpetrate wrongdoings. Senator Dayton has lied to the American people. It is his moral and ethical duty to immediately resign!

Surely the release of any more photos would be emotionally damaging to the Iraqis that were the subjects and so the photos should be withheld.

Isn't this the exact argument that was used for surpressing evidence in the Vince Foster murder investigation?

If it applies there, it applies here.

Last Friday, Senator Mark Dayton (D., Minn.) angrily accused General Myers of improperly "suppressing" the news

Interesting thing is apparently little Marky (and many others in congress) received an E-Mail from an uncle of one of the soldiers involved in this.
What I'd like to know What did he know, and when did he know it?
