This is at least the second reference to Chappaquiddick in recent days. Someone (Rohrabacher?) on Hannity & Colmes mentioned it a couple of days ago.
Ol Ted is being such a puke that it can't hurt to remind the world of his literally getting away with murder a while back. And probably there are a lot of younger folks who don't even know the story. They need to hear it.
