I can concur with the first part of your theory, but mucking the place up for 100+ years is not a workable solution.

Think of the Middle East as a home infested with termites, roaches, etc. First , all the valuable living things are removed. Next, the region is tented and GASSED. Finally, the cleaners come in and sweep up all the dead vermin.

Problem is the terrorist blend in among the innocent and that is the whole problem with this war and while it will take decades to complete a war against terror.

Thank Clinton for that and not taking Bin Laden before he financed and grew his cells everywhere.

I really think between what Clinton didn't do with Laden and him giving China the missile guidance technology and missile launching technology to use against us in a missile attack earns Clinton at least life-in-prison IMO!
