Trying to work on the time line of the last five days or so. Was he slaughtered before President Bush visited the Pentagon and could those images also be ones the President wanted to see?
Secondly, when writing CBS, et al, don't forget to register a comment/complaint with the FCC. We're doing ours as a follow up to our original complaint against CBS for airing the photos in the first place.

While we are at it lets also email CAIR! They haven't issued a "statement" on the BEHEADING OF AN AMERICAN but they sure as *ell issued one on the mistreatment of Iraqi prisoners.

You're beginning to make me wonder if your posting is less about Iraq and more about you.
To: Howlin
Good one, Howlin. I'll draft up something similar and send from home.
I don't know how the CBS execs can sleep at night.

My boycott of CBS began the day after their 60 Minutes II Can you give me a list of the advertisers?
To: Peach
I wrote to CBS when they first released the pictures and told them that there was ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to release these porn photos "INTO MY HOME" except for shock value and political points for the Dems.
I also asked them "If you had pictures of Clinton and Monica in a compromising position, would you have broadcast them?"

Thanks all who emailed and called CAIR. I just received this email from them...
CAIR CONDEMNS MURDER OF AMERICAN IN IRAQ
(WASHINGTON, D.C., 5/11/04) - The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) today condemned the murder of an American civilian in Iraq by a group claiming links to Al-Qaeda.
A video posted on an Internet web site shows the beheading of a Philadelphia man working as a contractor in Iraq whose body was found on a highway overpass in Baghdad on Saturday. The group that carried out the killing said it was in retaliation for the ongoing Iraq prison abuse scandal.
In its statement, the Washington-based Islamic civil rights and advocacy group said:
"We condemn this cold-blooded murder and repudiate all those who commit such acts of mindless violence in the name of religion. We call on people of all faiths and cultures to work together for peace and reconciliation, not war and destruction."

They didn't apologize though. I demand an apology for the behavior of 6 of THEIR people, accompanied by a promise that changes will be made.

Sorry, I don't know the sponsors. I have stopped watching the entire channel. The only sacrifice, for me, will be CSI.

For anybody, like me, who has been gone all day and missed this hearing it is now being replayed on CSPAN 2. Currently McCain is questioning.

What needs to come out is the connection between NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, NYTimes, and the Wash Post. Do they take direction from the DNC? If so who, what, why, when, where and how. Fox, Drudge, Limbaugh could do this.
To: Mia T
She's up on the replay.

Anyone know how I can get a transcript of Sen. Inhofe's
remarks today? Thanks.
