The media here, too. The regular folks I've been talking to, right and left, don't care much. The dems aren't going to get the mileage out of this that they thought. Blowback.

I've not had much of a chance to discuss this, of late. However, I have found it more than just a little coincidental that all of this has surfaced so soon after the media itching for W to admit mistakes and issue apologies.

Even the Democrat, Evan Bayh, admitted that if Bush were to get rid of Rumsfeld to appease his detractors, it would've been purley politics and unfair to Rummy. If Bush thinks Rums not doing his job...that's one thing, but to can him to placate our enemies is not just politics...it's cowardice.
