I've read about everybody from Rosa Klebb the brigade commander down to these guys and their families complaining that they didn't get enough resources and training from above. I'm curious...exactly how much time and money do you need to tell your people "Don't abuse your prisoners. Don't let anybody else abuse your prisoners. If you do, I will personally make sure that
you become prisoners...but first, I will try to break my foot off in your backside"?
Especially since at least some of these tards were cops and corrections officers in their regular jobs.
