I did listen to Rumsfeld's testimony.
It seems to me that the more this becomes a political football and the more it's percevied that way by the public, the more it will diffuse the problem for the Bush administration. Hackworth may indeed be gunning for Bush and elected Republicans, but it doesn't seem that he's choosing the best way to achieve his goal. Time will tell.

And the fact here is that some or all of those senators were lying. If they were complicit in the leak of either the report or the photos, they should be prosecuted.
