Chris Wallace Leaves me in Tears

Chris Wallace advertised his Sunday news show as a time to put the names of our fallen soldiers in context.

Ted Koppel had simply read the names of the soldiers who have sacrificed all, the last full measure of devotion, for us to live in peace and for the Iraqis to have a unique and blessed chance to find peace and security and democracy. So, Chris Wallace decided to have a show to put those sacrifices in context, and talk about all the good things that the American soldiers had done in Iraq.

So, I tuned in, and I am still sobbing and shaking with anger remembering how he started the show with over fifteen minutes of a rehash of the last 10 days feeding frenzy over the terrible abuses a few soldiers had perpetrated on some Iraqi prisoners.

CONTEXT?!?!

THIS is the context you want me to remember our war dead!!

You garbage, you thoughtless garbage!

I was too upset to watch the "tribute" which came after the filthy trash.

I'll never watch that cruel, demented show ever again.

I don't understand. I thought Chris Wallace did an excellent job in pointing out the positives of what the troops were doing.

So what are you gonna do? Watch CNN or CBS?

FOX hired the head of NBC as the new news editor. Look for some major changes in FOX

Well then FOX can soon expect to be getting the same kind of ratings that MSNBC is getting. We're not going to pay for the same kind of propaganda we can get for free on ABCCBSNBC.

I must say that I really don't like the way Mr. Wallace has changed Fox News Sunday. The tribute was very good, but way too short and long overdue. But then, I didn't see any other network even come close to this.

I have missed far more shows since Mr. Wallace joined the gang.

All I can say is. Like father, like son.

Having said that, I reserve the right to comment on Michael Moore's trash without ever having viewed it.

You should have watched it. His "What we Accomplished was documentation of heroism.

To attack him, just because he used to be on ABC. Shame on you all who attacked him

Don't shame me. I can't stand him no matter what network he came from. He's squeaky. Witless. Slow. An awful interviewer. Uninspiring orator. Dreadful in the panel discussions.

I thought Chris Wallace did an excellent job in pointing out the positives of what the troops were doing.

I don't know who's ultimately responsible for the piece, but I think it was moving and well done.

It's the type of tribute that I would love to see as half of what's showing on the news regarding Iraq.

Sadly, there's not enough call for it.

I think it might make a difference if I and others feeling the same made it known that it was appreciated (I know I will).

Chris Wallace Leaves me in Tears

I think, perhaps, your reaction is to more than Chris Wallace.

There has been nothing but wall-to-wall anti-America bs on the news...24/7 "committee hearings"...calls for resignations and impeachments every time a Republican sneezes without covering his mouth.

We've got brave men and women in harm's way fighting the good fight inspite of the media's efforts to smear them all---not to mention enemies plotting to kill us in our beds.

And all we hear are the ravings from John McCain, CiCi Connelly & Company.

It's enough to make us all cry.

"Because we were promised a tribute to what our troops died for. It was 10 minutes (a superb selection and well done) sandwiched between 20 minutes of contant Bush bashing."

Exactly!
and not a word about Hanoi Kerry!

HANOI KERRY
has a Campaign Platform
Just like the old days!

"It is a fact that in the entire Vietnam War we did not lose one major battle.
We lost the war at home and at home John Kerry was the field general"

- Bob Elder, Swift Boat Veteran For Truth

"I do not believe John Kerry is fit to be commander in chief of the U.S. armed forces,"
said retired Rear Adm. Roy Hoffmann, chairman of the organization.
"This is not a political issue. It is a matter of honesty."

Hanoi Kerry at his "moment of glory."
What a piece of ******
The media WILL NOT mention this book.
I will!
The cover is a insult to Iwo Jima vets,
then it gets worse towards Viet Nam vets.
I was there the same time Hanoi Kerry was.
I served on the destroyer USS Corry DD-817 which supplied Swift Boats (PBR's)
and gave gunfire support in North AND South Viet Nam.
My ship may have even supplied Hanoi Kerry's boat.
I VOW I will do everything I LEGALLY can
to keep this traitor from being elected.
I owe it to those who gave their all.
