No offense but a couple of muslim A'holes in a convenience store shouldn't be able to make him want to leave the service. He can have more impact on them by causing a boycott of their crappy store. If he truly wants out it has to be deeper than muslims. IMHO

I put up with the same crap during the Viet Nam Era. I was stationed stateside but the crap factor was too stupid to know even what branch of service you were in. Main difference is during Nam there was nothing outspoken by the majority of Americans supporting the troops, like there is today.

He needs to turn off his TV and do what he feels is right. If a few loud mouths of any background have toppled his apple cart, the wheels weren't on too good to start with.
