In today's testimony before the Armed Services Committee Hillary Clinton may have revealed the source of the leak of the report. Please have a look at the relevant snippets of the transcript from today.
I guess my theory is this: If she isn't behind the leak, she knows exactly who is.

You know hillary will only reveal something that would benefit her. Anything else, she either shredded or 'don't recall'.

You may want to consult your attorneys, Elenaor Roosevelt or whichever manifestation of Gaia you supposedly worshipped for guidance and help because the rules of the Senate may not protect you." LOL! im going to try to remember to NEVER get in a verbal tussle with you....

"It's as if they think that Bush is really stupid or that he is incapable of a brutal response. "
I think Bush is a complete gentleman, and it has so often come back to bite him in the rear end, so to speak.
But when someone has not only created an international incident that will harm America's interests for years to come, but also put the entire mission in Iraq, and soldiers' lives, at risk--I think GW is MORE than capable of a brutal response under these circumstances.
Your posts are very insightful, btw.

As of last night we had turned an on-line poll around in Rumsfields favor by a 2 to 1 margin. As of this morning we're losing again. Any freeps would be great.
Link to poll on Rumsfield
Just scroll down a little and the poll is on the right.

"You say the report was well known. I don't know how you know that. All I know is when it made the public, when somebody took a secret document out of prosecutorial channels and released it to the press, I do not believe it was yet anywhere in the Pentagon. Certainly, I had not been given it or seen it." Hmmmm...leftover Clintanoids ...releasing secret info...to the Hildabeast?

Somehow when this story broke, I had a funny feeling that the Clintons would, somehow, have a connection with it. Who knows, they might even know the person/or persons that took the photos. Just a hunch on my part....

yes, what WAS Hillary doing in Iraq last November, just after these alleged abuse incidents took place? Picking up pictures? Making contacts for stories?
With the release of the photos by CBS, isn't the criminal case against the abusers compromised? If "someone" had those photos staged, that's a perfect way to indemnify the perpetrators...

How can this thread be moved into the public forum, send the great pick-up 20/20, Dick Morris or something. Maybe they'd like to take on the bitch and 60 Minutes 2. Just a thought.

"She has her hands totally trapped in the cookie jar." And as usual, it will be ignored. I honestly don't believe that woman will ever be held accountable for anything until she stands before God. The only possible thing that might change that would be the elected republicans (and both semi-decent democRATs) taking their testicles out of Hillary's purse and making use of them and refusing to tolerate organized treason in the ranks any longer.

"If we can find out who that Staffer was that was in this prison and we might find out if she is" And what are the chances of anyone in their right mind blowing the whistle on Hillary (not that it would matter anyway)? That would take more guts than facing an entire contingent of Iraqi insurgents, especially if the individual had any knowledge of what happens to people who cross her up.

"...and vows to bring Bush, Cheney, Rummy and administration." What I fail to understand is why these kinds of threats aren't taken at least as seriously as threats on the president's life. The carrying out of such threats would be just as damaging to the country, if not moreso.

I think PIAPS slipped badly. Does anyone have a link/contact for Drudge, Weekly Standard, National Review etc? Certainly someone can look into this.

How about another puzzling question? If the report was well-known by Hillary and others of her ilk--why didn't they do something to bring it to the attention of the proper authorities in the WH? Or the rest of the Congress?
Was this a cover-up by the Libs until they could get the CBS program on the air?
To: CyberAnt
Now that I have slept on this I come to the conclusion that the witch will skate even if she did have something to do with it, our best hope is for CBS to take some heat for releaseing photos that were detrimental to the troops. Case closed, time to wait for the next scandal that Clintons are involved with.
