I agree. algore's attempted theft of the presidency only to get slapped down by the SC is still fresh in the Rats' scheming little minds. No doubt that the Rats' would attempt to claim that since the absentee ballots had HER name on it that the ballots are for HER. Of course they would conveinently forget that her name was in the VP spot and NOT the Pres spot.

It doesn't matter whose name is situated where on the ballot. The thing a lot of people forget, even after 2000, is that we do not vote for George Bush or John Kerry. We vote for electors who are pledged to vote, but who cannot be forced to vote, for a particular candidate. If Kerry pulls out, whatever Democratic electors are installed can vote for whoever they please.

That said, this whole scenario is tinfoil territory. Hillary! is waiting for 2008; her interests are served by having Kerry lose in 2004, so she doesn't have to run against an incumbent in 2008.
