Your first pdf (first link) which appears to be 58 pages opens with errors, which puts a "black out" over each page. The others worked fine for me, so it doesn't seem like it's my computer.

If I had a clue what would fix it, I'd tell you, but I sure don't. :-(

tutstar: I can read all the documents, except the first one. The link works, but my Acrobat reader can't read the document. I end up with gray "sheets of paper." Is there anything I can do, or is the problem on your end?
