Your first pdf (first link) which appears to be 58 pages opens with errors, which puts a "black out" over each page. The others worked fine for me, so it doesn't seem like it's my computer.

If I had a clue what would fix it, I'd tell you, but I sure don't. :-(

I don't know what to suggest, we have broadband and it loads fine. I checked it on each of our pc's. It could be emailed to you, that's how I got them from pc93.
