Is our media responsible for upholding the Geneva Convention rules with regards to POW's or just our military personnel? Do they face any charges for showing the pictures?

Not only was it a violation to take pictures of the abuse of the prisoners, it is a violation to distribute it. I wonder how many millions of people worldwide have seen those POW's being humilated?

That is an interesting thought.

It is most certainly against the Geneva Convention to distribute these type of photos. I am truly amazed that any of our trained military would not have recognized that.

I would be very surprised if the Old Media did not realize that... It sure would be nice to know if they could be held somehow liable for doing so.
