Looking forward to this. Rummy doesn't suffer fools lightly, and he'll slap 'em hard after he says
'sorry".

I am sick of this whole thing. Zipping through the channels this morning, it is obvious to me that the press has forgotten which side we are at war against.

Lost cable last night on TV and computer..all I could think of was...Rumsfield's going into the lions' den and I won't see it!They already are calling for a Commission. They smell blood and it's going to get worse.

I hope Rumsfeld treats the stupid Liberal Senators just as he treats the stupid Liberal journalists.

Thanks for the thread. My satellite TV is acting up and I am unable to get anything but network TV at this point.

Darn, I have a lunch appointment today so I will have to catch up here. I think he appears again later in the day in front of the House.
My prayers are with Rumsfeld. It's not just that the questioning will be tough, they will be disrespectful, self righteous, belittling creeps.

I can hear the Evil DUers now.
This is it. We got Rumsfeld. Bush is toast. This is the day we take our country back. Blah. blah. blah.
Not so fast. That's what you thought about Condi in front of the 911 circus. Your guy can't gain any traction even as bad as the lame stream media tries to make it look.
We are your overlords. Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated or Brought to Justice. Ha, ha ha.

Rummy: "The abuse should not have happened. We're taking steps to find out why and make sure it doesn't happen again. Now if you'll excuse me, I've got a war to fight...and someone change Byrd's diaper. Stinks like a #$%^'n Cambodian outhouse in here."

I just realized that today is the day that Mansoor Ijaz is supposed to privately testify in front of the 9/11 commission. Had he been able to testify publicly, it would've been overshadowed by Rumsfeld's appearance anyway. I wonder if we'll hear ANYTHING re Ijaz's testimony :-(
