It seems that N. Korea is proud of her membership in the Axis of Evil, spreading more potentially dangerous weapons around the world

Yes. I remember reading something about a town along the rail line between Ryongchon and the China border as being a "closed town" requiring special permits for entry. Many of the Ryongchon casualties were brought there but the international medical aide crews were not allowed in. Wonder what they do in this "closed town".
