If this lawyer in 37, he decided on Law School (1994)at the age of 27? What did he do before that? He had converted to a Muslim in 1989. What else was going on in 1989?
He's a new attorney by any standards. The terrorist manual (that Ashcroft read from before Congress) said to make yourself "knowing" about our laws so you can work the system.

FYI All lawyers are fingerprinted as part of their bar application. Their criminal records are checked. It must have raised a few eybrows.
There is no attorney client priveledge for the furtherance of a crime. If I were investigators or governemtn lawyers, I would have an Attorney-ad litem appointed for this attorney's client files. This would sieze the files out of this lawyers control and allow a means of scrutinizing each of his clients. No attorney client priveledge for the furtherance of a crime.
I would be some of his clients track the terrorist watch list.
