I say we start Freeping the Net to shut down ANY other site which engages in activity which is forbidden here...
Sounds good to me. :o)
As I understand it, if we can DOCUMENT that the lawyers from USA Today know about other violators of its "no full text, no excerpting" policy, and do nothing to restrain THEM, they considerably weaken their case for any future action against US.

Seriously, what we need is an Archive site. The Archive site would have two levels of security. Level 1 users could search and retrieve any article they posted to the site, they would not be able to see articles other user posted. Level two users would be able to search and see the entire site. Might enable level one users to search entire site, but only retrieve article matadata.

What do yall think, if the site admin was careful about giving out level 2 access this might work, web crawers can't get to well protected directories. Such at site could give level two access to FR moderaters and respected freepers, it would not be accessible to the public, search engines would not detect it. And it would be easy to do? What do yall think?
