I can't help but think that the pullout from Fallujah gave the terrorists a victory and encourged them to step up their attacks as well as gain new converts.

Well there is 40 "Ali Babas" that won't have to worry about prison conditions.
May allah (small a intended) grant the remaining "insurgents" the same treatment.
