clinton, documented rapist, couldn't comment on the rapes of Saddam and Milosevic; kerry, self-professed war criminal, cannot comment on the Iraqi-prisoner "abuses"....
But the situation forced kerry to say something, anything. His comments were tellingly belated and formulaic.
