There are some Americans who speak French. There are some Iraqis who speak English. But, no, I do NOT believe those Iraqis in the photo made those signs. They were handed to them. By our enemies within. By Westerners. The audience of these signs, isn't other Iraqis. We are the audience. The Iraqis in the photo did not think these specific ideas, nor did they make the signs. The leftists did, such as ABC, CBS, AP, the Democratic Party, Western left wingers who want us to lose the war, and those who think electing John Kerry is more important than the safety of Americans. The leftists did this. That is my humble opinion.

After a huge paragraph of pure speculation, you write:
"That is the facts. period."
(which begs one to ask, maybe some of US don't speak English, either)
Give me a break, this is a stupid conspiracy theory

The Iraqis are not stupid. They can think just fine.
I'll bet some of them can even read and write. Who would have thought it!
You sure are worked up about this.
What happened was wrong and they have every right to protest.
I understand what you are saying about the media, but there is something else to note here...
News reports say this was a peaceful protest and it lasted about 2 hours. That says a lot.
We as freepers are pro-active. They have the right to be also.
It is essential for their growth as a democracy.
Look on the bright side, at least they aren't dressed as chickens, have bright pink hair....etc, like our homegrown protesters on the left.

More simply, they could have been given the signs by anti-US Iraqis. Hey, it's Baghdad, not a god-forsaken rural village, after all.

This was in another article about the protests....
As the crowd gathered, another Iraqi produced a bullhorn, issuing his complaints in flawless English.
"The problem of the Iraqi prisoners isn't only what is written in the news," the man said. "Iraqi prisoners need freedom, their dignity and their rights."
I think the Iraqis can handle the English and coherent thoughts just fine.
