I find zero reference to Bresnan or the book in ABE, various bookfinder services and the Library of Congress. I don't suppose these are exhaustive or foolproof searches, but holy smokes, where is this book?

I don't suppose these are exhaustive or foolproof searches, but holy smokes, where is this book? It's eerie- last time I searched, there were at least two references to where you could buy "Cover-Up!" and several more of David's work in general. Memory Hole, anyone?
