If it happens, I'm starting a secession movement. Anyone game? Might not be a bad idea no matter what... ;-)
Actually, the combination of Zell Miller's idea of repealing the 17 Amd. in combination with some of the philosophy of the Free State Project could restore a semblance of republicanism.

Lt. Gen. Claudia Kennedy (on Scarborough Country) claims she stood w/20 navy men who loved and supported Kerry. O'Neill had 200 commanders and shipmates that trump her 20. Bumpity bump bump!

"Then Kerry, alas, will emerge unscathed."But always THE ace in the hole.
Kerry is like Joe Walcott vs. Marchiano -- he's going to take a non-stop beating for the entire 15 rounds ;-)

up bad.
I have a 1 megabit .mpeg of the last hour of this press conf. I am watching it right now. It starts with Adm. "Senator Kerry is not fit for command" Roy Hoffman.
If anybody finds out when the next airing on CSPAN will be, I will be able to get the whole thing.

I believe they are talking about crew...5 to a boat,he commanded 2 different boats and some were there only a short time 17 in all,I believe. The fact is those boats did not go alone, they went as a unit,so commanders of other boats with him do have something to say.

C-Span starts the replay sometime after midnight; I've forgotten the exact time.
Howlin - what time does the replay start? I've taped it but a freeper needs to know the time.

Hannity and Colmes repeats at 2:00 AM ET. Thank CSPAN 2 for running the press conference against "24". I was flipping back and forth between the press conference, "24", and Hannity and Colmes.
Just to repeat, the press conference reruns at 12:25 AM ET on CSPAN 2.
Note; keep an eye out, CSPAN has been known to start some shows early and late.
Now I have to fix my VCR, it ate a tape.

Wow, I have felt that way for quite a while. I recently heard him say that McCain should replace Rumsfeld.

Kerry made a fatal mistake when he took the stand he took in the 70's for his own political advancement. He thought the country would remain anti-American, anti- military, and anti- patriotic forever.

I have fond memories of watching Scarborough cracking wise and chatting up Conservative policy with fellow freshmen J.D. Hayworth, Rick Santorum, Jack Kingston, Lindsay Graham, Dave McIntosh, Tom Coburn and Sue Myrick in late night Special Order sessions in Newt's 1994 Republican Revolution Congress. Ah ... the good old days.
Like a Rock .... I was young as I could be ...
He's a sellout today.
To: MEG33
Kerry was in a position to help guys out after he left, so I am left to wonder...
How long did Kerry's buds stay in?
To what rank did they progress?
To: Pukin Dog
Did Scarborough just call Kerry a "war hero"?
