Admiral telling about phone call from Kerry on March 15. Said he was flattered that one of his memn would call me. However, the call didn't change a thing. I simply cannot consider him as a candidate as commander in chief of the armed forces. Politics has nothing to do with it, and I told him that.
Kerry told him he thought the book maligned the admiral unjustly. (Brother...what a weasel Kerry is!)
