PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE John Kerry will receive the backing of Apple CEO Steve Jobs, according to briefings given to US wires at the end of last week.
Perhaps more importantly for Kerry, the second richest man in the world, The iKerry candidate emerges
Warren Buffett, has thrown his weight behind the presidential campaign.
According to today's Wall St Journal, Jobs is just one of the lineup intended to portray the Democratic candidate as business friendly.
President Kerry will be able to store gigabytes of MP3s with Jobs' help, and will have a sleek, shiny new appearance. His running mate will be called the mini iKerry.
Jobs' backing will undoubtedly give the iKerry campaign a big boost.

Jobs predicted that the iKerry would be a welcome addition to the Apple family of iProducts such as iPhoto, iTunes, iChat, iMovie and others. Jobs also denied rumors that the original internal name for the iKerry was the iFlipFlop.

I use and admire Apple's products. I can't stand Steve Jobs' liberal politics. It presents something of an internal conflict. Do I boycott Apple (with Algore on the Board of Directors) to avoid doing business with commie liberals? Or do I hold my nose because OS X is the best? Since Rush is still a Macintosh user, I'll follow his lead and hold my nose, but sometimes it isn't easy.

Steve Jobs has always been a flaming liberal. I have pangs of guilt every time I sit down at my Mac. Not enough to make me switch to a Windows machine, though.

This is all part of Jobs secret plan to get Kerry for the Board of Directors of Apple when he loses the election in November. There IS precedent after all

I just looked at the bio pages of some of the posters on this thread. Who know FR had so many Mac users? Usually I get "You use a what?"

If Jobs is soooo smart, how did Bill Gates beat him by a score of 90 to 10 with a grossly inferior product?

Why does this remind me of Gore bringing in Naomi Wolf? Maybe it's the scent of desperation.
