The Rall piece was pathetic at best.

Rall shows his anti-Americanism, and denigrates Pat Tillman's memory with his bilge.

I'm sure there's a special place in hell reserved for Rall.

Just damn.

If you want on the list, FReepmail me. This IS a high-volume PING list...

Item did not meet MSNBC standards of fairness and taste

Have ANY of Rall's cartoons ever met this standard?

That's the only way the words "fairness" and "taste" will appear in the same sentence with "Ted Rall."

Do they mean to imply that there are some things Ted Rall produces that do meet standards of fairness and taste?

MSNBC.com Editor in chief Dean Wright concluded Monday’s Rall item did not meet MSNBC.com standards of fairness and taste.

So now they are claiming to have standards of fairness and taste. Now that is news.

Really. Boy that was a hard decision, eh?

What a twisted mind Rall must have. Slate really needs to reconsider its carrying of his work.

Rall calls Tillman an 'idiot'....

The equivalent of 'baby-killer' for the new millennium....

Amazing how the Left is so true to themselves....

Rall is normally in bad taste and is a consistent representative of the loony left.

He really went over the top this time, however, hoping to generate buzz for a new "book" scheduled out at the end of April. Very tacky and shameless.

BARF ALERT:

If anyone's curious (and there's no reason to be), the cartoon is showing here:

http://www.ucomics.com/tedrall

Be warned: it's absolutely revolting. It mocks not only the intelligence and courage of Tillman, but also the U.S. military. How anyone can create such a "work" and then get snippy when folks (rightly) label him un-American is utterly beyond me.

Bull. They liked the cartoon. They only pulled it because of the public outrage. These people make me sick -- they're as bad as Rall himself.

Rall like many other mentally ill perverts who pretend to be cartoonists has zero talent.

My soon to be 5 year grand daughter has better talent re art than this POS Rall.

Their so called political cartoons are put in the so called editor's page by the really perverted ones, the editor/publishers.

Hate cartoons by POS's like Rall are run as free political advertising for the candidates of the lunatic left.

I borrowed a page from the state religion of the lefty media culture, invoked my New Age Power of Precognition, and came back with the tidbit from the near future:
"Fourth-rate 'cartoonist' Ted Rall turned down a lucrative career illustrating soup cans and stupidly enlisted in the terrorist propgaganda jihad, falsely believing that this would enhance his status at the leading edge of the Hollywood/Madison Avenue Cultural Axis."
--from The Illustrated History of the Fourth World War Ch. 7 pg. 9 "Streicher's Children: The New York/Los Angeles Tribunal of 2005" (Coulter, Johnson and Reynolds, Dallas, 2008),
You fill in the rest.

Rall is typical of the bed-wetting, nihilistic, infantile mindset of many "alternate" cartoonists. I know, 'cause I used to aspire to be one 'til I finally grew up.

Everytime whiny libs bring up examples of rightist "hate speech," just remind them of Rall atrocities (or the observation, from their other Darling - Franken - on how the ony hope for the GOP was to have all their leadership die in a plane crash).

Only something that STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN merits being yanked by Slate/PMSNBC.
