The Jewish Task Force not too long ago endorsed President Bush for re-election. Yet here on FR their article are banned. JTF.org on at their site have these headlines
Fighting to save America and Israel from Islamic terrorism!
Fighting to save America and Israel from "Hanoi John" Kerry!
What is so extreme about that?
JTF is critical of Bush, but their is nothing wrong with CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. They are wise enough to endorse Bush, because he is the lesser of 2 EVILS. There are many conservatives, libertarians, and Independents who are disappointed in both parties. Many conservatives out their are now thinking about not voting for Bush, but we have to convience them if Kerry is elected things will go from bad to WORSE. There are many people even on this board who share this opinion that JTF expresses.
Yes JTF can sometimes be comical, and sound extreme, but Ann Coulter is comical and can sound extreme too!
There are many people out their (even on this board)who will be voting for Bush even though they are very dissappointed with many liberal compromises he has made.
JTF is not our enemy, but friend. They are critical of Bush for good reasons, but still endorse him because they see him as the lesser of 2 EVILS. There is nothing wrong with this position. I ask that FR allow JTF articles to be posted, this will only add to our lively discussions.

They are critical of Bush for good reasons, but still endorse him because they see him as the lesser of 2 EVILS. Just to state the above is absurd! This election does not pit two evils against each other. President Bush is one of the BEST Presidents this nation ever had. I see NO need for a group to support the President for reelection, only to criticize him at every turn.

Plese explain why you think JTF articles are banned.
Perhaps I've never seen them because they are banned.
I am not aware of any source being banned on this forum other than exerpting restrictions - which is a copyright issue, not a content issue. I could see why some "kook" sources might be banned (KKK, Black Panthers, etc) - but I'm unaware of any policies against any particular source.

Good time for this quote me thinks...
And it shall come to pass that ten men speaking all the languages of the nations shall take hold of the cloak of him that is a Jew, saying, "We will go with you, for we have heard that God is with you." (Zechariah 8:23)

Sites are not banned because they are critical of the President ,so you must have another problem.

I once tried to post a 365gay.com article and it was blocked for the explicit reason that Jim doesn't want to see articles from 365gay.com posted. Now, I was posting it because it was relevant to a particular issue and stated facts without getting into a bunch of "gay is good" screed. But hey, as an ex-sysop who ran his BBS with an iron and idiosyncratic hand, all I can say is "it's Jim's board" and "God bless the 1st Amendment".

This quote is also appropriate.
Prophet III: ...through Hebediah, his servants. There shall in that time be rumours, of things going astray. Ehm...and there shall be a great confusion as to where things really are. And nobody will really know where lieth those little things wi...with a sort of rackey work base, that has an attachment. At this time, a friend shall lose his friend's hammer, and the young shall not know where lieth the things possessed by their fathers, that their fathers put there only just the night before, 'bout eight o'clock.

Plese explain why you think JTF articles are banned. Because there are people here who believe in blind support for everything Bush does. CFR,Assault WEAPONS BAN, No child Left behind etc... these actions by our President go against our conservative beliefs, and their is nothing wrong in criticizing him.
To: kidd
Sone sources are banned, as RonF attested to. Nothing from DU, for example. Justin Raimondo's site, antiwar.com is not welcome (last I heard), nor is anything from Ted Rall.
Jim's site. Jim's rules.

Because there are people here who believe in blind support for everything Bush does I believe this to be very rare. In fact I cannot think of a single Freeper who supported CFR. And many here criticize Bush very loudly (Libertarians come to mind). Please be honest with me - why do you believe that JTF articles banned?
